• Sustainable Development (TLA-SD)

  We’re experts in going green

  The TLA Sustainable Development division has been certified LEED by both the U. S. and Canada Green Building Councils, proof of its expertise in designing environmentally friendly buildings and seeing that the necessary steps are taken to meet LEED requirements.

  The LEED system evaluates six different aspects of a building:

  site sustainability water efficiency energy and atmosphere

  materials and resources indoor environmental quality innovation and design process

  Each aspect is awarded a certain number of points, the total of which determines the project’s ultimate certification: LEED Certified, Silver, Gold or Platinum.
